My Role
Initially hired as a part-time Senior Animator, I was promoted within 3 months to take on dual responsibilities as:

Animation Director – Led creative vision, ensured style consistency, directed animators while following the director's vision

Animation Supervisor – Oversaw shot quality, technical standards, and rigging leadership

Supervised lead of the rigging department

Delivered notes, feedback, and performance direction remotely

Built and ran a lightweight remote workflow across continents
